End of Day 2

I am BEAT!  The pool class was tough!  The only thing that was tougher than the pool was during the Circuit Training class.  I did "Jacob's Ladder".  All I have to say is tough!!  Anyway, here are a few more pictures from the day (lunch and dinner tonight).

My salad at lunch which was only about 100 calories with the balsamic vinigrette dressing.

We got our van assignments for the hike tomorrow.  I am anxious to find out where we are going.  We will find out in the morning.  I am feeling much better about my stay here....and not tring to worry about what others think.    Now...about being sore...a little right now but I know it will probably be worse in the morning.

I took this picture over a year ago but I haven't been able to get outside lately to take pictures because of everyone being sick!  It is edited a little bit.  I am trying to learn some tricks to make my pictures GREAT!

Day 2.....

It's been a month but here is my second picture of the year.  It's February but....I will try and catch up.  I have been sick and the kids have been sick.  I will have 365 by the end of the year.
